Star Platinum Over Heaven (commonly abbreviated to SPOH) is a stand obtained when using Dio's Diary, dropped by the DIO boss, as Star Platinum: The World or Star Platinum Prime. It is available to everyone.

Appearance

Star Platinum Over Heaven looks very similar to Star Platinum, only it takes on a more pale skin tone and has multiple shades of white.

Star Blast	T	Projectile	None	Star Platinum Over Heaven launches a ball of energy that expands in size as it travels, dealing massive damage. Special and distance based.
Healing Barrage	F + hold	Support	Stand Level 3	Star Platinum Over Heaven does an attack rush. However, instead of damaging, it'll heal the victim. Amount of healing depends on Special.
Self-Healing Barrage	C + F + hold	Support	Stand Level 3	Similar to Healing Barrage, only it does so on the user themselves. Special based.
Time Stop	Y	Special	Stand Level 8	Star Platinum Over Heaven stops time. All damage and events are delayed until time stop ends, where it all happens at once. The cooldown on this ability (at 400 special) Is 2 minutes.
